Congratulations to Jon Smith, ATC. He is the first recipient of the NJCAA Region III Athletic Trainer of the Year Award for 2017-2018.  Jon is the Assistant Director of Athletics and Certified Athletic Trainer for SUNY Broome Community College in Binghamton, NY.
