The Hornets were able to hang on for the 65-62 win over Tompkins Cortland CC on Saturday afternoon in a MSAC game. Free throws by Raheim Grant, Sean Webb and Adolphus Butts down the stretched secured the win for the visitors.
The Hornets were led by Webb with 19 points, Anthony McNeil added 18 points and Butts finished with 7 points, 5 boards, 4 assists and 3 steals.
Broome will host Onondaga CC at 7:30 p.m. in the Baldwin Gym on Tuesday evening.
