The men's basketball team dropped their MSAC opener on Thursday night to visiting Finger Lakes CC, 79-70.  The loss puts the Hornets at 0-1 in Conference play.  Broome was led in scoring and rebounding by Rahiem Grant, who turned in a double-double performance with 19 points and 10 boards. Reginald Vaughan finished with 17 points.  Also in double figures with 12 apiece were Lucas Iacobucci and Tron Smith, Jr.  Smith also added 8 rebounds and 4 assists.
