The hockey team lost a Region III contest to Hudson Valley CC 8-2 in Troy, NY on Saturday afternoon. Drew Peterson and MJ Maerkl had a goal apiece for the Hornets. Joakim Axen had 18 saves and Scott Boyd had 15 saves for Broome.

Broome will host the Binghamton University club team this Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at the BCC Ice Center.
