The men's soccer team defeated Clinton CC 2-1 on the road Saturday in a Region III contest and lost to SUNY ESF 3-0 Sunday afternoon in a non-regional match. The Hornets capitalized early and late in the first half of the Clinton game. Joshua Wlostowski scored in the 4th minute from a pass from Nathan Krome and William Rupakus scored in the 41st minute assisted by Wlostowski. Tyler Hinds had 9 saves in goal.
Sunday proved to be a different story as the Hornets couldn't get anything going and suffered a 3-0 loss against SUNY ESF at Alumni Field in Binghamton.
Broome will travel to Dryden this Wednesday for their final game of the year against Tompkins Cortland CC at 7:00 p.m.
