The men's soccer team lost 4-0 on the road against Cayuga CC Wednesday evening in a MSAC game. The Hornets went down 1-0 in the 13th minute as Daniel Bonehill received a pass from Joe Ayandeji and finished it into the net. The Hornets took a second blow as the Spartans scored again in the 17th minute when Chris Davison tucked home a pass from Bonehill giving them a 2-0 lead. The Spartans scored again in the 21st minute when Bonehill headed in a ball off a corner kick for a 3-0 lead. They added another goal in the 32nd minute when Bonehill finshed off a pass from Davison for the 4-0 lead. The score was 4-0 at half and would remain that way at the final whistle. Goalkeepers Tyler Elliott (Vestal, NY/Vestal) and Tyler Hinds (Vestal, NY/Vestal) both recorded 4 saves each for the visitors.

The Hornets look to bounce back this Saturday when the travel to Fulton-Montgomery CC for a Region III soccer match scheduled to start at 3:00 P.M.
