vs Fulton Montgomery

Broome defeated Fulton Montgomery CC, 4-0, in a Region III match played on Alumni Field Sunday afternoon.  Sunday's win gave the Hornets their fifth shutout in nine games so far this year, improving their record to 6-3 overall.

The first half went back and forth until Ismar Turkovic found the back of the net courtesy of a Charlie Desforges pass.  That goal would prove to be the lone goal in the half and also the game winner.

The second half saw the Hornets step up their attack of the Raiders, scoring three times and a fourth nullified by an offsides call.  Desforges would net the first ball unassisted followed by goals from Pedro Marcano and Thomas Gilroy, assisted by Nazar Fedorchuk and Cameron Neira respectively.  Adam Burns had 2 saves on the day for the host team.

Up next is a match against the Lazers from Onondaga CC at 2:00 P.M. in a MSAC matchup at Alumni Field.
