The men's soccer team responded with a 7-0 win over SUNY Adirondack on Wednesday in Queensbury after a tough loss to the NJCAA's top ranked team over the weekend. Broome scored all 7 goals in the first half while taking 17 shots.
Senior, Ismar Turkovic led the way for the Hornets with 4 goals and 2 assists on the afternoon. Charlie Desforges, Thomas Gilroy, and Bennett Miller all finished with 1 goal each for the visitors. Miller and Desforges also added an assist, as did Nicholas Miller, Cameron Neira, and Pedro Marcano. Adam Burns posted 1 save on the day and in doing so, recorded his 5th shutout of the year.
The men are back in action this Friday when they travel to Buffalo for a 4:30 P.M. kickoff against Erie CC.
