The softball team swept Erie CC in game one in eight innings 5-3, and again in game two by a score of 10-3 Wednesday afternoon in Buffalo. In game one, Paige Mealick had an RBI single to drive home Mackenzie Havens with the winning run in the eighth inning. Desiree Parry had two RBIs in the game and went 2-4 at the plate.

In game two, Grace Doherty went 3-4 with two RBIs and Amanda Finch was 2-3 with four RBIs to lead the Hornets past the Kats.

The Hornets are right back on the road Thursday for a doubleheader in Corning against the Red Barons with game one scheduled to start at 3:00 p.m.
