Mackensie Gravelin, Alea Tiffany, Kylee Warner, Mikayla Garbarino and Paige Finch were named to the MSAC All-Conference Team along with head coach Mike Huggler who was named Co-Coach of the Year with Corning's Stacy Johnson.

Garbarino (Endwell, NY/Maine Endwell) led Broome with a .420 batting average that included 7 doubles, 3 triples and the teams lone homerun this year.  The freshman catcher anchored the duties behind the plate with a .973 fielding percentage as well.  Freshman center fielder Tiffany (Deposit, NY/Deposit) took control in the outfield with a .909 fielding percentage, hit .417, including 4 doubles and a triple.  Gravelin (Sidney, NY/Sidney) played 2nd for the Hornets, the freshman had 6 doubles and 1 triple on her way to hitting .408 on the year.  Sophomore pitcher Warner (Binghamton, NY/Chenango Forks) led the team with 13 doubles and 22 RBIs enroute to a .383 batting average to go with 8 stolen bases.  Warner was also a force on the mound, pitching 119 innings and striking out 84 of her opponents.  Sophomore Finch (Kirkwood, NY/Susquehanna Valley), a mainstay at short the last two years, hit .315 with 3 doubles and 8 stolen bases, but it was her magical plays in the field that robbed opponents of hits and her leadership that proved invaluable over the past two seasons.

In his second season as head coach for the Hornets, Huggler went from a 4-22 season to this year's 14-9 record and the Hornets' first Region III playoff in 5 years.
