The women's lacrosse team earned their first win of the 2014 season defeating Mohawk Valley CC 17-9 Saturday afternoon at Binghamton Alumni Field. Allison Ryan (Binghamton, NY/Binghamton) led the Hornets with 6 goals and 3 assists. Kaitlyn Marshall (Endicott, NY/Union-Endicott) chipped in with 3 goals and an assist, Katie Luschwitz (Whitney Point, NY/Whitney Point) added 4 goals and Tess Zizak had a goal. This was Zizak's first goal of the season and Luschwitz's first career lacrosse goals.

SUNY Broome will host Harford CC tomorrow morning at 11:00 a.m. in a non-conference game.
