The Hornets competed in the Cara Bryant Tournament at Onondaga CC this past weekend and went 3-2. The ladies ended pool play seeded 3rd out of the 8 teams competing in the tournament. During pool play, the team had wins over Onondaga 2-1, Delhi 2-0 and Cayuga 2-0. They dropped a match against Finger Lakes CC to end pool play 3-1. During the first round of playoffs the Hornets faced Onondaga again and lost this time 2-0. Ashleen Speen was selected to the All Tournament Team this weekend.
The Hornets now have a record of 14-12 and host Davis College this Thursday in the West Gym at 6:00 p.m.
