The volleyball team improved their record to 3-0 Wednesday evening in Syracuse by defeating Onondaga CC 3-1 in a MSAC  match. The Hornets dropped the first set 25-27 to the Lazers (2-3) before taking the next three sets 25-20, 25-18, 25-16.

Leading the way for Broome was Madison Delaney-Hammond with 12 kills, Paige Redmond had 22 assists, Hannah Lazarus stopped 8 balls at the net, Madison Hefley added 8 aces and Rachel Mattson had 23 digs.

The Hornets play this Saturday in Dryden, NY in the Tompkins Cortland CC POD beginning at 9:00 a.m. and will face Onondaga CC, Cayuga CC and Jefferson CC.
