Broome lost at home on Wednesday night to Onondaga CC in a MSAC volleyball match.  The Hornets took the first set 25-16 before dropping the next 3 sets to Onondaga 21-25, 24-26, 12-25. 

 

Sophomore Lauren Carpenter (Vestal, NY/Maine-Endwell) led the team in digs with 31 and also led the team in aces with 3.  Taylor Hessler (Endicott, NY/Union-Endicott) had 22 assists, while Kaitlin Manley (Willet, NY/Cincinnatus) and Rayna Pouliot (Syracuse, NY/Onondaga) led the offense with 10 and 8 kills respectably. Manley also contributed 6 blocks.  The Hornets fall to 1-2 while the Lazers improve to 2-0.

 

Broome travels across town on Thursday for a match against Davis College at 6:00 P.M.
