The volleyball team won a road match against the County College of Morris in Randolph, NJ on Monday night, 3-0. The Hornets (11-9) won the first set 25-21 and the next two by identical 25-14 scores.
Kaitlin Manley (Willet, NY/Cincinnatus) had 10 kills and 6 blocks, Taylor Hessler (Endicott, NY/Union-Endicott) had 24 assists, Rayna Pouliot (Syracuse, NY/Onondaga) led the team in digs with 23, and teammate Lauren Carpenter (Vestal, NY/Maine-Endwell) added 17 digs to go with her 4 aces.
Broome will travel to Syracuse this Friday and Saturday for the Cara Bryant Tournament hosted by Onondaga CC.
