Vollyball Improves To 8-1

Broome improved their record to 8-1 Wednesday night in the West Gym with another straight set win against Tompkins Cortland CC.  This makes the seventh sweep in nine matches for the Hornets.  Set scores were 25-12, 25-16, 25-16.  Savannah Davis (Union Endicott) led the offense with 10 kills while Madison Hadfield (Susquehanna Valley) and Macayla Greco (Union Endicott) added 5 a piece.  Brianna Kosinski (Binghamton) totaled 26 assists, 3 aces, 5 kills and 7 digs, Marissa Cuozzo (Bainbridge Guilford) added 8 digs and Alexandra Bachura (Johnson City) had 2 blocks.

The Hornets will travel to Syracuse this Saturday for the Onondaga POD where they will face Jefferson CC, Cayuga CC and Onondaga CC.
