The SUNY Broome Men's Cross Country team finished third at the Newark XC Invitational 5k with Jeremy Hall (19:17.1) finishing in fourth place overall.  Jakob Getchell (20:43.5) broke the top ten with a ninth place finish and Mark Inzhirov placed fourteenth with a time of 22:04.1.  Nathan Larkin (22:27.5) and Eric Vought (28:43) finished the scoring for the Hornets by placing sixteenth and twenty-eighth.  Complete results for the Newark XC Invitational 5K can be found at https://auyertiming.com/pdffiles/m7.pdf.  The Hornets' next meet will take place on Saturday, October 3rd at Mohawk Valley CC.
