Nevaeh Masso, Women's Volleyball

Nevaeh Masso from the women's volleyball team has been named the first SUNY Broome Student-Athlete of the Week of the 2025-26 year. Masso energized the Hornets' offensive attack in a thrilling, season-opening 3-2 win over Corning CC on Tuesday, August 25. Nevaeh was the leading point-getter for the team as she contributed 30 points in the match on 21 kills, seven service aces, 15 digs, one solo block, and two block assists. Masso's 21 kills and seven service aces were the most in the match among both teams, while her 15 digs were second-most among both teams. Congratulations, Nevaeh!
