Jaden Bongiorno, Mitchell Taylor and Tyler Kopolow were all named to the MSAC All-Conference Team for their contributions during the 2022 baseball season.
North Carolina native Bongiorno led Broome with a .379 batting average while seeing the majority of his time in the field at shortstop and occasionally got the nod on the mound.
Kopolow posted a .325 batting average and led the Hornets in hits (27), doubles (12) and RBIs (22). The Binghamton grad also anchored the defense with a .980 fielding percentage while splitting time behind the plate and on 1st base.
Tioga grad Taylor hit for a .310 batting average and had 26 hits, 6 of them doubles and a team-leading 2 homeruns. Taylor, a true utility player for the Hornets, recorded an .890 fielding percentage and found himself on the mound from time to time.
Congratulations Jaden, Mitchell and Tyler!
