Both the men and women brought home the MSAC Cross Country Championship title on Saturday after competing in the 5K race hosted by Tompkins Cortland CC in Dryden.
The women's cross country team finished with three runners in the top twenty Wednesday afternoon at the SUNY Delhi College Golf Course.
