Men's Lacrosse Team Falls To NJCAA's #1

The men's lacrosse team lost to Onondaga CC 30-3 Thursday evening in Syracuse, NY. The NJCAA Division III top ranked team in the country took a 7-0 lead after one period and never looked back en route to a 30-3 drubbing over Broome. The Lazers improved to 10-0 on the year and are beating opponents by an average of almost 20 goals per game. Greg Gerhat (Endicott, NY/Union-Endicott) led the Hornets with two goals and Tyler Pickett (Owego, NY/Owego) added a goal. Maurice Pedroso (Binghamton, NY/Chenango Valley) had the lone assist.

Broome will face Finger Lakes CC this Saturday at 3:00 p.m. at Alumni Field.
