The Track & Field women captured their 2nd straight Region III title on Saturday in Troy.
The meet, hosted by Hudson Valley CC, saw Megan Carden and Melissa Carden anchor the women's team again but this year got got a lot of help from Aja Jackson, Mariella Michitti, Claudia Chermak and Gianna Lawrence. Broome got a big boost in the 1-2-3 finish in the 100 Meter Hurdles, Lawrence, Meg Carden and Mel Carden respectively crossing the finish line. The women came in ahead of Herkimer College, 168-148.
Next up is the NJCAA Championship, May 11th through May 13th, hosted by Mohawk Valley CC in Utica.
