The men's lacrosse team lost to Genesee CC 24-2 in Batavia Wednesday afternoon. Austin Standish-Warpus (Whitney Point, NY/Whitney Point) and Michael Doll (Binghamton, NY/Chenango Forks) each scored a goal in the contest. Genesee opened by scoring 9 goals in the first quarter and never looked back. Jake Bomberry led the Cougars with3 goals and 6 assists. Broome goalie Nicholas Figuerado (Owego, NY/Owego Free Academy) made 17 saves in the loss.

Broome's record is now 3-7 and play their final home game at Alumni Field this Saturday against Niagara County CC at 3:00 p.m.
