Broome faced nationally ranked Monroe CC on Sunday in Rochester and fell 18-1, and on Sunday traveled to Erie, PA and fell 8-4 to Mercyhurst North East.

On Saturday, the Tribunes got on the board first and never looked back on their way to the commanding victory.  The Hornets lone goal came from Kenaniah Saginario (Endicott, NY/Union-Endicott) off an assist from Devin Weldon (Binghamton, NY/Binghamton).  Ryan Madden (Binghamton, NY/Binghamton) stopped 23 of the 41 shots he faced in goal.

On Sunday, it was the Hornets turn to get on the board first, courtesy of the Saginario/Weldon combo.  Two more goals gave Broome a 3-1 halftime lead, one from Justin Goodspeed (Binghamton, NY/Chenango Forks)  and the other from Nicholas Pert (Binghamton, NY/Chenango Valley).  The second half belonged to the Saints, outscoring the visitors 7-1.  Saginario picked up his 2nd goal on the day assisted again by Weldon.  Madden had 16 saves against Saints, making his weekend total 42.

The Hornets (0-4) host the NJCAA's top ranked Onondaga CC Lazers on Wednesday, April 4th at 4:00 P.M.
