The men's soccer team began their 2013 season with a 1-0 win over Finger Lakes CC on Wednesday afternoon in Canandaigua, NY. Robbie Hoover  (Vestal/Vestal, NY) scored the lone goal in the 48th minute of the game. The Hornets outshot the Lakers 17-5 in the contest and Kevin Mack (Chenango Valley/Port Dickenson, NY) had 5 saves in net for SUNY Broome and Brian Arcara and Barizaa Worwor teamed up for 11 saves on 12 shots on goal for the host team.
