Men's Lacrosse Comeback Falls Short

The men's lacrosse team fell to visiting Jefferson CC 18-11 in their final game of the year despite a rally toward the end. The Cannoneers (5-6) led the Hornets by as many as 10 goals in the first half before Broome (4-6) closed the gap to 5 goals in the second half. Jimmy Zervos led Broome with 5 goals and an assist, Harrison Gardiner had 3 goals and 2 assists, Joshua Bradford added 2 goals and an assist and Logan McDonald chipped in with a goal to round out the scoring. Nicholas Figuerado had 12 saves on the 30 shots he faced.
