Lloyd Saunders (Brooklyn/Thomas Weaver) paced all scorers last night with 28 points and Ryan McMurray (Windsor/Windsor) added 23 points, 4 assists and 2 blocks in a 68-61 victory over Johnson College in PA.

Broome (3-9) held a 19 point lead at the half before Johnson College made some adjustments and cut into the lead late in the second to get it under 10 points but the Hornets managed to hang on and come out with a 7 point victory.

Broome will host Davis College this Thursday at 7:00 p.m. in another non-league contest.
