Men's Basketball Team Loses To Corning At Home

In his final homegame for the Hornets, Lloyd Saunders Scored 16 of his game-high 23 points in the first half, but it wasn't enough as Broome fell to Corning 59-56 on Wednesday evening in the Baldwin Gymnasium.

The Red Barons came back from a nine-point halftime deficit led by Markee Brown with 20 points. Ryan McMurray missed a 3-pointer at the buzzer that would have tied the game.

Broome will face Cayuga on Tuesday in Auburn in the first round of the Mid-State Athletic Conference playoffs.
