Second Half Troubles Continue For Men's Basketball Team

The second half proved costly for the men's basketball team in a 66-51 MSAC loss to Finger Lakes CC Wednesday night in the Baldwin Gymnasium. The shorthanded Hornets trailed by two, 24-22, at the half but the Lakers outscored the host team 42-28 in the second half. Lloyd Saunders led Broome with 21 points, Joseph Felix and Ryan McMurray had 11 points each. Finger Lakes was led by Richard De La Cruz's 19 points.

Up next for the men is a 12:00 p.m. tip off in Dryden, NY this Saturday against MSAC opponent Tompkins-Cortland CC.
