Student/Athletes participating in an intercollegiate sport at Broome must have a physical on file prior to any practices or games. Sports Participation Physicals may be scheduled by calling Student Health Services at 607-778-5181. Student/Athletes may also schedule a physical with their own Health Care Provider and return the form to Student Health Services, Science Building, Room 102. Sports Participation Forms may be picked up in the Athletics office.
