The men's soccer team has won eight out of their last nine games and have shut out their opponents the last four contests. Thursday afternoon Broome (9-4) shutout host Niagara County CC (2-7-2) 2-0 in a Region III soccer match.

Evers Sanchez and Turner Antonakos scored a goal apiece in the first half for Broome. Anthony Abreau had two stops in goal for the Hornets and the visitors out shot Niagara 16-2 while the hosts held the advantage in corner kicks 4-2.

Broome will host Erie CC on Saturday at 3:00 p.m.
