Broome Women End Thirteen Game Drought

The women's basketball team ended a 13-game losing streak on Wednesday evening with a 57-49 victory in Corning. The Hornets saw four players in double figures in the balanced attack. Kelcie Marshall and Jennifer Celiberti led the Hornets with 13 points each while teammates Megan Pipher had 11 points and Randi Conway chipped in with 10 points, 5 assists and 6 steals. Marrissa Pike led the Red Barons with 26 points.

Broome is back on the road this Saturday in Watertown, NY for a 1:00 p.m. tipoff against Jefferson CC.
