Volleyball Goes 3-3 At Cara Bryant Tournament

The volleyball team broke even at the Cara Bryant Tournament in Syracuse on Friday and Saturday, going 3-3 in the tournament hosted by Onondaga CC.

On Friday evening the Hornets split, defeating Northampton CC by set scores of 25-20 and 25-22.  Finger Lakes CC came out on top in the second match by set scores of 21-25, 25-18 and 12-15 in the final set. 

Saturday saw the Hornets split again, beating Cayuga CC and Northampton CC in two sets by scores of 25-10; 25-9 and 25-11; 25-21 respectively.  Broome fell to the host team, Onondaga, by set scores of 25-21 and 27-25 before falling to Finger Lakes in the finals by set scores of 21-25, 25-17 and 5-15.

Broome will host Davis College this Thursday at 6:00 P.M. in their final home match of the regular season.
