Four Baseball Players Receive All-Conference Recognition

2024 Mid-State Athletic Conference Baseball Honors

Daniel Crowley, Jacob McTigue, Tyler Sienko, and Trevor Dennison have been awarded with Mid-State Athletic Conference honors.

Crowley was named to the MSAC All-Conference Team, while McTigue, Sienko, and Dennison have achieved Honorable Mention status.

Crowley led the Hornets in batting average at .366, runs batted in with 17, and stolen bases with 22, and was second on the team in runs scored with 18. 

McTigue batted .284 on the year, drove in eight runs, finished tied-for-first on the team in runs scored with 20, and second in stolen bases with 20.

Dennison batted .263, hit two home runs, drove in 13 runs, and tied McTigue for first on the team in runs with 20 and tied Crowley for first on the team in stolen bases with 22.

Sienko notched a 2-5 record on the mound for the Hornets, collecting 39 strikeouts and walking just 20 hitters over 41.2 innings, pitching to a 4.97 ERA. Sienko finished the season with an exceptional 8.42 strikeouts/9 innings mark.

All four players were key contributors to a Hornets team that recorded its most wins since the 2014 season, and finished #10 nationally in all of NJCAA Division III baseball in stolen bases.
