The men's soccer team got on the board first but Cayuga responded with five unanswered goals for the 5-1 win at Alumni Field this afternoon. Nathan Krome (Johnson City, NY/Johnson City)notched the Hornet's goal in the 6th minute off an assist from Philip Youngs (Otego, NY/Unatego). Broome played with control and poise against the undefeated Spartans but fell short in the MSAC soccer match. Tyler Hinds (Vestal, NY/Vestal) had 8 stops in goal for the Hornets.

The men's soccer team will face Fulton-Montgomery CC this Saturday at 3:00 p.m. on the SUNY Broome campus.
