Short-Handed Hornets Run Out Of Steam In Syracuse

Broome player looking to pass
@ Onondaga
Onondaga's depth was to much for Broome to overcome Wednesday night on the road, as the Hornets fell 86-43 in the MSAC game.  With no reserves on this night, all five players on the court gave their all for as long as they could but with a seemingly endless stream of Lazers  being cycled in and out, the host team eventually ran away with it.

Zakariyya Williams led Broome scorers with 16 points, connecting on five 3 pointers and adding 8 rebounds.  Quartus Steika was next with 14 points, 8 rebounds, and 2 blocks, and Patrick Buchinsky grabbed 11 boards to go with his 6 points.  Brendan Lewis contributed 7 points and 4 rebounds, and Cameron Neira grabbed 5 boards, with 2 assists and 2 steals.

Broome takes the road for the last time this season on Saturday to face Cayuga CC in Auburn with a start time of 3:00 P.M.
