The Hornets started off strong scoring 2 runs in the first inning, compliments of three singles in a row by Malarkey, Martin and Stinson. The Panthers answered in the second inning tying the score with back to back doubles. A couple of SUNY Broome errors in the fourth inning gave the Panthers a three run advantage and in the sixth they added five more to nail down the win.
