Broome fell to Hudson Valley CC on Saturday afternoon in the first round of the Region III Tournament by a score of 84-68.  Stacia Coyne came out of the gate in the first quarter and hit three 3-pointers to help the Vikings take a 19-16 lead, a lead they would hang onto the remainder of the game.

Broome saw three players in double figures led by Vivian Ladd's game high 22 points.  Miya Ritchie followed with 17 points and Daisy Allen added 13 points and 8 boards.  Calista Smith and Kori Thornton chipped in with 7 and 6 points respectively, Smith also grabbed 7 boards on the day.  Ladd picked up 12 rebounds to give her another double-double and also added 5 assists, 3 steals and 5 blocks to her lines.  Emily Erickson paced the Vikings with 20 points.

The Hornets finished the season with a 7-12 Region III record and 4-8 MSAC record.
