The women's basketball team opened up the 2014/2015 season with a 66-43 win against Davis College Tuesday night in the Baldwin Gym. The Hornets jumped out to an early lead and never looked back. Eight players got in the books led by Caity Kuhnen (Binghamton, NY/Binghamton) with 20 points and 9 rebounds, Lucille Dellos (Johnson City, NY/Johnson City) added 11 points, 9 boards, 4 assists and 5 steals, Kerslyn Fenelus (Brooklyn, NY/Midwood) chipped in with 8 points, 5 boards and 3 assists and Kimberly Santiago (Bethlehem, PA/Liberty) came off the bench to contribute 8 points and 4 steals. Maddie Blackman (Conklin, NY/Susquehanna Valley) led in the rebounding department with 11 and Chandler Prouty (Oneonta, NY/Milford) led the Hornets with 2 blocks.

The women will travel to Schenectady County CC this Friday for a 5:00 p.m. tip-off at the Schenectady YMCA.
