The women's basketball team picked up a road win in Auburn Saturday afternoon, 59-51 over Cayuga CC at spartan Hall. Caity Kuhnen (Binghamton, NY/Binghamton) earned a double-double with 24 points and 13 rebounds. Lucille Dellos (Johnson City, NY/Johnson City) had 20 points and 5 assists in the winning effort. The Hornets have won 12 out of their last 15 games and improved to 14-7 overall and 7-3 in the Mid-State Athletic Conference.

SUNY Broome will host Corning CC next Wednesday night with a scheduled 6:00 p.m. tipoff. The last meeting between the Red Barons and Hornets came down to the wire with Broome's Chandler Prouty (Oneonta, NY/Milford) hitting a 3-pointer at the buzzer for the 58-56 win.
