The BCC Womens Soccer Team is  returning 6 players from last years team that went 10-6-1 and made it to the second round of playoffs.   With Captains Emily Icenogle and Alexa Barber in charge along with Hannah Majka, Miranda DeSanctis, Kate Fagan, and Megan Bonzek, the Hornets are relying on second year players to supply the leadership to get significant improvement over the last few years.  The Lady Hornets have 14 incoming players and everyone is working very hard to secure their spots on the team and playing time.  The Hornets are very athletic, very smart and quite fast and should make a serious mark in the very difficult Region III.

After two scrimmages against 4 year schools, William Smith College/Geneva and Cortland State/Cortland Broome begins the regular season with an away game against Genesee/Batavia.

Head Coach Bill Rich and Associate Coach Jill Rich are very optimistic about the 2012 campaign. After two and a half weeks of pre-season everyone is very much looking forward to getting underway.
