The women cruised to a 7-1 win in Corning, NY against the Red Barons in a Mid State Athletic Conference soccer match. Emiley Myers and Kaelyn Michitti led the Hornets, each with a hat trick in the contest. The final goal came courtesy of Marissa Michitti in the 84th minute. K. Michitti and Nicole Harmer had 2 assists each while teammates M. Michitti, Alexa Rudilosso and Kendra Henry added an assist apiece.

The Hornets (2-0) dominated on shots (32-2) and corners (8-0) courtesy of a stingy defense.  Jolene Krom had 3 saves in net for Broome.
