Hornets Fall On The Road

The women's basketball team fell on the road to Corning CC 55-41 in a MSAC contest. The game was a  tale of two different halves for the visitors. The Hornets came out strong in the first half and went into the locker room trailing the Red Barons 27-26. The second half was a different story with Corning outscoring Broome 28-15.

Ashley Lomonaco led Broome with 11 points and Maddie Blackman chipped in 10 points and added a season high 4 assists. Kaitlyn Weaver led Corning with 15 points.

Broome will play their final home game of the season against cross-town rival Davis College scheduled to tip at 6:00 p.m.
