The men's basketball team will play its first game since December 10th tomorrow, taking on SUNY ESF at home at 6:00 p.m.

The Hornets will return home to the Baldwin Gymnasium to pick play back up after a month-long break from action. Broome will carry a 3-8 record into the matchup, while the Mighty Oaks of SUNY ESF reside at 3-6 on the season. SUNY ESF played their final game before the new year on December 9th, defeating Paul Smith's College, however they returned to play this past Saturday, January 6th and fell to Bucks County CC.

SUNY ESF competes in the Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (HVIAC) and is a member of the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA). The HVIAC for SUNY ESF is the equivalent of the Mid-State Athletic Conference (MSAC) for SUNY Broome and the USCAA for SUNY ESF is the equivalent of the NJCAA for SUNY Broome. Notably, the Mighty Oaks compete at the Division II level in the USCAA while the Hornets reside at the Division III level of the NJCAA.

Again, tip off is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. so anyone interested in attending is encouraged to do so, but the game will also be livestreamed on Facebook Live.
